A few years back, I was hit with the a hail storm. I leaved in Waxahachie at that time. Storm damage was severe and I developed leaks. I called Fish who was an acquaintance and came highly recommended. Fast forward ⏩ to now. My roofing system was upgraded for only a price of my deductible. Included my patio, chimney, garage doors , ceilings. Developed a relationship. His further help with permitting on additional work was absolutely indispensable. Thank you for quality , and all help with all my crazy project. Warranty was honored at the time of a sale and transferred to a new buyer. I could not ask for more or a better service that is still lasts after many years of the work completion. Inspected my new house and helped with making my new roof insurable! ~ Andrey S

We had Advantage Remodel and Roofing come out to our house to evaluate hail damage from a storm a month back. They were extremely professional and provided several options for us to consider based on the outcome we desired. After the initial consultation they were out the same week to install everything we had agreed upon. Once onsite and completing the work, I was very impressed with how professionally and quickly they worked. I had lots of questions as they were working (and looking over their shoulder some) but they answered all my questions without rebuke and went back to work. I highly recommend this company for any roofing or interior remodel needs. They did such a great job on the roof that I'm having them back out for our kitchen update we have been planning. I chose Advantage because they had good reviews on Google, BBB and Angie's List. I called three A+ contractors in my area and from the very start they responded quickly, quoted fairly and did quality work. We had more then just roof damage from our 2017 spring hail storms. The damage included a complete re-shingling with a repair to a hole that caused water damage to the inside. They handled the inside repairs and the roof, as well as some gutters, screens, window trim, and fence work. The quality of work was excellent, but just as important to me was the consistent communication they kept with me and our insurance adjusters. I recommend these guys to anyone and would use them again if the need arises. ~ Jerome L

I would not have managed dealing with our lightning strike and moving at the same time without the help of Mr. Fish. He was very open, up front, and honest about everything that he was doing and was personally involved in all of the work done at my home. He was very good at documenting all of the work and reporting it to the insurance company. His work was never questioned and paid in full by the insurance company. He was always quick to respond and had lots of helpful suggestions about other work around the house that we needed done. The tile in my 24 year old master bath started popping off the wall.I was walking my dog in my neighborhood and saw Mr Boris by his truck.I asked him if his company did small jobs like I had. He gave me his card ,I called and the rest is history. I was assigned Kirk Gross as my project Manager.This young man was wonderful. He kept me informed,Walked me through each step, had the workers there when they were supposed to be ,every thing cleaned up each day.What I liked also was the estimate was for labor.They gave me a list of amounts of tile, fixtures,etc. I could then decide what I would like and not have to pick something just to stay in budget. Advantage Remodeling and Roofing did an amazing job in restoration of my home in Frisco, TX after hail storm. My insurance sent me initial estimate for roof replacement only, but Advantage Remodeling and roofing team was able to negotiate with them and got approved additionally replacement of my fence, solar windows, chimney cap, garage door and gutters! I even didn't know that all of these can be replaced under the same claim! It took some time, but at the end we got everything we claimed! Fish was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the claim process with clear communication between adjusters and paid attention to details. The team was professional, respectful of my property, and left everything clean and well done. Hired advantage for gutter installation for a house that I recently purchased. It had partial gutters, but needed approx 200 linear feet more of gutter to make it complete. Their rep came to the house within a day of contact, gave a reasonable estimate and explained the entire scope of work. His price was very competitive compared to the other 4 quotes i got. I chose to go with him because of the sincerity that came through during our conversation. He was able to complete the job in 3 days after the initial quote and the work was impeccable. The new gutters fit in seamlessly with the old, and he even moved one of the old down spouts to a better location for no additional cost. He also gave me a lot of pointers on a lot of renovation ideas I have around the house for the future and how to tackle them. Would recommend without any reservations. ~ Varghese M

I am thrilled to share my good experience with advantage Remodeling and Roofing for a recent hail restoration project. The insurance process took some time , but all was taken care of. My roof was not the only item that was replaced. I get the usual suspects, such gutters and the fence. However, my AC units were damaged beyond repair and Mr Fish went above and beyond my wildest expectations! The insurance claim process was a standout, turning what could have been an impossible task for me as a homeowner, an interesting and learning experience. In March 2016 I had significant hail damage on my roof. I had 4 companies come out to inspect my roof damage, one of them was Baris from Advantage Remodeling and Roofing. After talking to all of the inspectors I decided to go with Baris. He was honest, straight to the point, knowledgeable and experienced with a long track record of working here in Plano (15 years!). He has been very effective in dealing with the insurance company and the claim. He and his team replace my roof within one day and did an outstanding job. Love the look and quality of the new roof. Very easy to work with and very professional. My roof started leaking from a recent storm. Because my neighborhood didn't get hit by large hail, every company I called wouldn't even come by my house to do an inspection because they were busy chasing after large ticket repairs. With another storm nearing, I was losing hope when Advantage Remodeling and Roofing came to the rescue. They performed a very thorough inspection and got the repairs completed before the next storm, even working over the weekend. Advantage Remodeling and Repair just fixed my roof turbine damaged from all the winds we've been having lately. This was a small, but time sensitive job - with rain forecasted tomorrow this would become a much larger issue if not fixed. They had the best price out of all the contractors I called, and their response time was unreal - my roof was fixed within two hours of the phone call. They also checked and tightened the screws on all the other turbines on my roof. This is going above and beyond to help a customer. The job was undertaken during the height of the Christmas and New Year holiday season. Even at that, appointments were set and team was always on time. I want to sincerely thank the team for the roof inspection. Everything was explained clearly and in an easy to understand way. They provided a brochure and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. They used a drone to inspect the roof and showed detailed video footage, explaining what they were seeing without any pressure or upselling. This was a big contrast to previous inspectors who explained nothing and only seemed interested in getting paid. These guys were professional, transparent, and trustworthy. I can’t recommend this company and Mr. Fish enough. I reached out to them on Tuesday night; on Wednesday morning, Mr. Fish was already here. While I brought up roof concerns only, he did a thorough job inspecting the roof AND the fence, AC units, and other structures that may have been affected by storm and hail damage. He then spent a lot of time with me explaining what was important to get fixed and what was not urgent. He also dived deep into how an insurance claim would work if we were to submit it, what the insurance company would cover, and what they would not. You can tell he is an expert with rare integrity who puts his customers first. He saved me a lot of time, hassle, and money by recommending the next steps. Mr. Fish was the one who helped with the roof inspection for a new property that I intended to buy. The sellers inspection report mentioned that the roof was in a good condition. However Mr. Fish came out on a very short notice and that too on a freezing cold day. He performed a thorough inspection and produced the report the same day but did not charge any extra for my urgency. Apart from the roof, he also advised on other things like foundation and overall condition of the house without any charges. Last year we experienced some hail damage to our roof, fence, gutters, and outdoor shed. We were a bit overwhelmed when it came to working with insurance to get this all fixed, but Boris was able to explain & guide us through the claims process which was very helpful. What started as a small roofing claim turned into a huge benefit for my property. Including siding repairs, new AC unit, new patio furniture set.
